Our President

Craig is a senior financial and investment counselor who specialize in the areas of Retirement Planning, Retirement Distribution Planning, reducing taxes, investments and insurance. He utilizes his experience and educational background to now practice strictly as a Certified Financial Planner. Craig is also licensed in securities, fixed and variable annuities and life, disability and long term care insurance. Craig is interested in building long term relationships. He has been working in Columbia for 33 years and now lives in Chapin. Certainly his roots are here in Columbia. He went to A.C. Moore Elementary and then went on to Hand Jr. High School and then to Dreher High School. He graduated from the USC Business Administration School with a major in economics and insurance in 1977. Craig’s father Shelton McDaniel, owned McDaniel’s Drugstore in West Columbia for over 49 years. Craig has a daughter, Ginny 26 a son, Craig jr. 21 and is a member of Lake Murray Presbyterian Church.  Craig is also the President of the Columbia chaper of SOFA (Sociery of Financial Awareness).  For more information their website is http://www.sofausa.org/
